（中央社記者顧荃台北2日電）台北市長柯文哲今天表示，昨天已跟立法院長蘇嘉全通過電話，過年後會去拜訪他。
柯文哲下午視察台北年貨大街，會前受訪時作上述表示。
對於國會改革，柯文哲說，開放政府、全民參與、公開透明是基本原則，但他常常發現，都不是口號或目標的問題，而是執行問題，最困難的是不能堅持。
柯文哲說，他認為隨著網路發展，直接民意應該越來越容易執行。1050202
